Sweet Sangria wines are so delicious over ice, especially Bodega Sangria that is a ready-made Sangria, intended to drink right out of the bottle. Now imagine spreading this luxurious grape, citrus fruit and cinnamon notes over some toast, on cheesecake or over buttery-crackers. We’re bringing you an easy Sweet Sangria jam recipe, because there’s nothing better than finding new ways to indulge in sweet wines.

Grab the following ingredients to make magic!
– A bottle of Bodega Sweet Sangria Wine
– ½ cup lemon juice
– 2 oz. dry pectin
– 3 ½ cups sugar

You do need mason jars to bottle this delectable treat, and it’s best to boil the jars, rings and lids in order to desterilize them.

Directions:
– Mix your sweet sangria wine with the lemon juice and pectin in a large pot, bring to boil while stirring rapidly
– Once boiling, add sugar and keep stirring rapidly until all the sugar is dissolved
– Bring back to a rolling boil for 1-2 minutes while stirring
Then you’re ready to scoop the sweet wine jelly into the jars, leaving an inch on top for some breathing room. Close the lid and put the jars into a boiling water bath for 5 minutes. Use sturdy tongs or a grabbing device to remove the hot jars and place them over a paper towel for 24 hours.
